The road isn't perfect but the bituminous from dead sea to madaba is relatively good and allow for nice turns.
Attention many sharp turn with limited friction and bumps.
Make sure your bike has enough coolant as the dead sea is particularly hot for bikes.

Deadsea museum has a restaurant with very nice view and affordable prices.
